Our PTs
Harry Allen
Harry is one of our Personal Trainers and our deputy manger here at the Wellness Works. He specializes in strength training, fat loss, muscle gain, hypertrophy training, sport specific training and postural alignment. He believes that in the gym you develop much more than just your body, you become healthier, build more discipline. Your training experience will improve your mindset and help you tackle any life obstacle you might face in life better.
Alfie Wood
Alfie is one of our Personal Trainers here at the Wellness Works. He specialises in Strength & Hypertrophy training, fat loss and body recomposition. He is a strong believer of “mens sana in corpore sano” (a healthy body equals a healthy mind) and he is dedicated to help is clients to become the best version of themselves. His vast experience, working with a wide range of people has perfected his methods in developing tailored plans while helping people to get a grip on their nutrition.
Aliya Shaku
Aliya Shakur stands out at Wellness Works as a dedicated Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, boasting over a decade of experience in ladies fitness and nutrition. Specializing in aiding women through post-pregnancy and various life stages, Aliya combines her passion for fitness with professional expertise to offer personalized training and nutritional guidance. Her holistic approach ensures that every client not only achieves their physical goals but also adopts sustainable health habits for life.
Shawna Harvey
Shawna is one of our Personal Trainers here at Wellness Works. With a robust background in conditioning, strength, and overall fitness, she combines her deep understanding of fitness with nutritional advice to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being. She got a first class honours and she loves degree in public health NutritionShe loves to inspire, teach and motivate people towards becoming the best versions of themselves through exercise.
Our Classes
We are currently in consultation with our clients about how we can make this class schedule better. Our plan is to add more and more classes based on client-preference and attendance.
